FROZEN CREAM
Frozen cream is manufactured from high quality pasteurised milk.It is full of natural goodness,contains no additives,preservatives,foreign fats or other impurities. Manufactured in a sophisticated processing plant to ensure product consistency,it is quick frozen after manufacture to preserve the pure,clean,fresh flavour.With a high fat content of 42%,it is suitable for use in the manufacture of liquid soup,ice cream,confectionery and recombined dairy products.

Butter is made from high quality cream using world leading butter making technology.It consistently delivers the superior flavour and texture needed in many applications,such as baked goods and spreads.It also serves as an ingredient in a wide range of food products.It has an excellent shelf life and maintains its fresh flavour well.Available in salted,unsalted, lactic and pastry butters designed for use in specific applications.It is ideal for cutting into individual portions for catering use and for reprocessing into pats for consumer use.It can also be used for reprocessing into AMF.We also can offer a wide range of pastry butters that are designed to be extruded in a continuous sheet on automated equipment,giving superior processing performance and improved efficiency.
ANHYDROUS MILK FAT
Anhydrous milk fat is 99.9% pure milk fat made from fresh cream.It gives a natural dairy flavour and creaminess to finished products and is the perfect high quality fat ingredient. It delivers a superior dairy flavour and functionality while being stable at ambient temperatures.It is virtually free of moisture and contains no chemical additives, preservatives,flavours,foreign fats or other impurities.We have a wide variety of anhydrous milk fat,milk fat fractions and specialised milk fat blends all designed for use in a wide variety of applications.It is suitable for use as an ingredient in chocolate,confectionery products,ice cream mixes and cheese processing.We supply specialty milk fat fractions in a range of melting points from 13-42°C.We also provide a range of specialised milk fat blends supplied at a variety of melting points that can be used in the manufacture of vegetable or oil based spreads and sauces.
