Whole milk powder is manufactured by spray drying fresh pasteurised whole milk.It has good solubility and a rich creamy flavour as well as a uniform and consistent composition.It is available in regular,agglomerated and instant forms.We also supply a range of powders designed for use in specific applications.It contains all the constituents of fresh milk and delivers full dairy flavour.

Buttermilk Powder (BMP) is manufactured by spray drying buttermilk,which is derived from the manufacture of cream products.It has excellent solubility performance,uniform fat content,good emulsifying properties and a rich creamy flavour.The high level of phospholipids in BMP improves the heat stability and the creamy flavour of recombined milks and cultured milk products.It is an excellent emulsifier allowing manufacturers to reduce the amount of stabilisers required in final formulations.It is also an ideal ingredient in the manufacture of bakery products,confectionery,ice cream mixes,dressings and dips.
